To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友在何文田交收完筆記之後,在何文田想食個快飯,就選擇了這間餐廳,不用等位就可以坐低。午市套餐跟餐湯,當日是野菌忌廉湯,味道普通正常。百里香烤雞配珍珠飯 $65烤雞調味不錯,有香草的香氣,不過近雞胸位置比較乾,有點鞋口。底下的芝麻醬沙律菜令到雞肉鞋口感有少少減輕的感覺,令味道更清爽。龍蝦汁焗豬扒珍珠飯 $65焗飯沒有龍蝦汁的味道,蕃茄汁味比較明顯,味道同普遍焗豬扒飯差不多。豬扒大大塊,肥瘦剛好,肉比烤雞更出色,不會鞋口。調味適合喜歡重口味的人,蕃茄汁加上融化的芝士,味道濃。香草雞扒滑蛋蓋飯 $61用香草醃製的煎雞扒出色,加上帶牛油香味的滑蛋,味道不錯,雞扒同滑蛋都保持到嫩滑口感,黑椒汁同樣夠味,很下飯。整體水準一般,不太差,記憶點一般,但以份量取勝,是男士也會飽肚的份量。

百里香烤雞配珍珠飯 $65
