To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過路過 , 見到這間 靠得住粥麵小館 , 就入去幫襯 , 看看是否仍然靠得住 .... Menu ~ 天氣仍然有點寒 , 一杯熱茶喝 , 是很療癒的 ~ 秘製牛腩撈麵 : 碟頭大 , 麵多 , 牛腩都算多 ; 先呷一口伴隨撈面以上的一碗湯 , 感覺味道頗鹹 , 試過一口之後就不再需要了 ; 麵質算爽口 , 但就有很重的鹼水味 , 可能有些朋友會對這種鹼水味情有獨鍾 , 但就不太合我口味 ; 牛腩煮得入味 , 肉質軟腍 , 牛筋都算是滑嘟嘟 , 但都是偏鹹 ~以這一碗 牛腩撈麵 來說 , 水準算是一般般 , 但還是值得一個笑臉的 ~本篇完 ~
