To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直覺得譚仔三哥比譚仔好食米線比較有咬口及彈牙。配料都比較多。但最近一次食，質素比以前差左好多😟😟我點左-腩肉炸醬酸辣米線完全無酸味。辣味吾突出。米線好「林」。。一d都吾彈牙。無左以前個個口感了😥炸醬睇落好似會好惹味。但其實食落好淡口。似普通肉碎咁😣😣腩肉無咩味。但肥瘦適中。中規中矩可以lunch time太多人，根本吾夠人手做。所以令到食物質素下降左咁多。keep吾到以前我食到既水準失望了
