To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 過往光顧此店，雖環境擠迫，但覺它預備食物用心，且服務不錯。但近來已發現它食物水準和服務皆下降。今天光顧早餐，店中有兩個男侍應，一為中年，應來了不算久，上次他見工時我刚好也在，另一為較年輕的四眼哥哥，一副愛理不理的服務態度，語氣欠友善，但最令我氣憤的是，他送湯麫给兩個年輕男顧客(似是大學生)時倒瀉了湯在其中一男子大腿上，當時那男子穿短褲，幸好那男子沒受傷，也好脾氣，只咕嚕了幾句便算，但那男侍應毫無歉意，當沒事發生。我雖不是當事人，但看見此情況，令我不會再光顧。
