To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日來吃lunch，因為貪有杯台式飲品，同埋唔洗等位，在九龍灣中午好味食肆都要排隊的。三個小前菜，水準正常啦肉燥飯竟然無，勉強轉做都，麵好厚物同粗幾有嚼勁，湯是牛肉麵那湯就好死鹹。肉燥就得肥肉令我好失望個三杯豬肉，好鬼死鞋口，完全唔得，食落似鎮江骨個汁，都唔係台灣三杯，即醬油，油同酒。紅豆意米水，薑米唔夠重同偏甜，但係我愛食豆，同埋紅豆同意米幫助去水腫，我一向食的鹹同濃味，飲返杯幾好。真係越做越差啦！下次唔好貪唔洗排隊啦，人龍同味道是直接掛鉤
