老闆Sam係英國土生土長嘅華人🇬🇧回流返港後,主力售賣英式鬆餅同不同口味嘅自家製果醬,仲會根據季節或當造水果更新。為咗控制鬆餅品質,每日只做30至50個鬆餅,真係早起的鳥兒有蟲吃☀️💗原味英式鬆餅($25/1件)表層焗至金黃微脆,中間口感鬆化濕潤,唔會過軟章口同時,亦唔會好粉一咬就散哂🧁食落好香蛋味,牛油味適中,唔覺得太油膩🥚💗Clotted Cream ($10/1盒)質感好似牛油咁軟滑,食落奶味濃郁,富忌廉香🧈💗草莓果醬($10/30g)選用韓國嘅梅香士多啤梨🍓加入自製果膠平衡甜味。果香自然開胃,果粒嘅比例仲多過果醬,比平時食開果醬較甜但唔會膩。💗柚子果醬($10/30g)選用韓國嘅濟洲島柚子🍊強調冇落防腐劑同增稠劑,非常天然健康。味道酸甜平均,真係食到一舊舊果肉好足料,悲傷小姐最鐘意呢款💗熱情果果醬($10/30g)選用泰國嘅熱情果🍍雖然濃稠度相對較稀,但係食得出係新鮮果肉味,帶脆卜卜嘅籽。味道偏酸,悲傷小姐都打咗個冷陣。
