桃花源小廚平日客人繹絡不絕,及後更由小店遷往大店,可見米芝蓮名譽的利害。店舖大了,座位舒適了,代價當然是要付出更貴的價錢。因不少名菜是以「每位」為單位,每款百餘元起,都幾貴。另外,不少菜式更需早一天預訂,否則有錢都吃不到。前菜一客酸薑皮蛋,味道不俗。接着來的是名菜玻璃蝦,雪白的蝦身有半隻手掌那麼大,味道鮮甜爽口,yummy!鮮蝦美味,但亦難免單調了一點,薄薄一片的金華火腿,正好為味蕾多添一份甘香感覺。另一名菜蝦籽柚皮,蝦籽香味濃淡適中,柚皮炆得夠腍入味,挺好。燒味叉燒出品熱騰騰,肉質鬆軟有口感,富肉香,good!炸子雞皮脆肉滑,但味道不夠濃,還欠一點點。再來的是炆斑翅,魚扒厚厚的,賣相味道皆不錯。椒鹽排骨,肉質鬆化,但味道一般。白灼菜心OK。最後以生炒牛肉飯作結,感覺略為油膩,飯粒有嚼勁,有點似糯米飯,整體一般。
