To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不嬲都耐唔耐就黎食下譚仔,但沙田呢間店個湯底真係次次都唔同,有時小辣都辣到食唔倒,有時酸辣完全唔酸,食清湯個味算係最無變啦。是日成班人食,叫左一人一碗米線再加左鷄亦,皮蛋,同白肉。冬菇魚腐酸辣米線,味道偏淡,而且啲配菜越來越少,腐竹得返兩片,韮菜芽菜少左,魚腐三塊,冬菇四片,米線份量都少左。成本上涱所以咁?食完都唔飽……鷄亦三小隻要廿幾蚊,真係幾貴,好味好香口,又真係好難唔叫黎食,今餐唯一一樣唔辣嘅野。尖椒皮蛋,雖然好多紅油浸住,但係又唔算辣喎,上面啲切碎左嘅辣椒同芫茜好好味,連皮蛋一齊食哂。蒜泥白肉,又係紅油浸住,上面層蒜頭好香,食哂不過之後個口陣蒜蓉味真係久久唔散,慎叫。其實白肉本來就係用肥豬肉整,都唔明點解啲人要叫但又揀哂啲肥嘅部份出黎,見佢地食得真辛苦。加埋一人一杯凍飲,埋單要五十蚊個人。
