To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人於一星期前已訂座, 是晩抵達後大概輪候15分鐘安排入座。桌上有資料提示建議各種食物的燒烤長度和方法,好細心呀!並有三款醬汁提供:微辣麵豉,燒汁,蒜汁(較咸),基本上有醃料的肉都不用另沾醬汁, 味道已剛好。我們選了有信用卡推廣的牛舌、雞腿肉、多春魚、腹胸肉、上級牛肋肉、香蔥辣油煮牛舌、一份極上和牛海鮮二人餐。(價錢見圖)食物送來時才醒覺,店員沒有叫我們選某些菜的醃料呢!😩😩😩肉類方面,牛舌較韌,其他款式不過不失,值得一提的是極上和牛肉眼,燒至五成熟,入口即溶 👍海鮮盛合味道一般,沒有海鮮鮮甜味,最好吃的是魚塊,甜甜的醬汁醃料。煙肉鮮柚子沙律柚子的微苦澀味配沙律很適合作為前菜,喜歡在吃燒肉前能吃點蔬菜開胃。王樣豆腐凍豆腐配醬汁跟溫泉蛋,豆腐夠滑石碢泡菜豆腐海鮮湯份量大,很足料,有豆腐、硯、帶子等海鮮,雖然加了泡菜,但湯並不會很辣,絕對不能與韓式豆腐湯的辣度相比。我個人不能吃很辣,所以這湯辣度剛好我喜歡。^_^香蔥溫泉玉子飯可惜在我們差不多把燒物吃光後才送來,否則配燒肉吃一定會更好。

份量大,很足料,有豆腐、硯、帶子等海鮮,雖然加了泡菜,但湯並不會很辣,絕對不能與韓式豆腐湯的辣度相比。我個人不能吃很辣,所以這湯辣度剛好我喜歡。^_^

香蔥溫泉玉子飯
可惜在我們差不多把燒物吃光後才送來,否則配燒肉吃一定會更好。
