To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

水準依然，新Menu好吸引！

茶木間唔中都會食，不過次次嚟到都會有驚喜。今次嚟到佢哋又轉左新Menu，菜式好特別，真係好值得一試。小食帶咗黃金脆炸雞翼，蛋黃味好重，雞翼又炸得好香亦都好多肉，加埋仲有炸到好香口嘅蓮藕片，雖然係炸嘢但係都唔係好油，一定要叫。另外仲帶咗新出嘅乳酪炸雞扒咖喱飯，面頭嘅乳酪汁，好厚身，酸酸地，配埋炸雞扒令到冇咁油膩，而且飯底係撈埋咖喱汁，成個組合好好味，份量亦夠晒多，兩個人分會食到好飽。黎到一定要嗌甜品，今次帶咗佢新出嘅黑炭流心厚多士，雖然切起嚟食嘅時候賣相唔係咁好睇，但係配上流心嘅醬汁，味道好特別，從未試過，厚多士雖然點左醬汁，有啲軟有啲脆，不過真係別有一番風味。
