To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日早上突然想飲個靚茶就諗起添好運嘅酥皮叉燒包來中環店係9：00開嘅但大約9：30去到已經排滿人不過好在兩個人去唔係等左好耐就有位1•蝦腸蝦係爽而且彈牙皮亦厚薄適中豉油其實食得出有精心調制過非常有心思2•潮洲粉果雖然小女係潮洲人但其實係第一次食潮洲粉果裏面係有啲菜呀爽爽地嘅蓮藕同我最愛嘅花生食落塊皮煙煙un un但啲料就又爽又脆好夾3•燒賣同樣啲蝦都係好彈牙冬菇味好出唔會有粉味或倒汗水味比起其他好多酒樓都優勝4•釀尖椒（唔記得全名）呢樣可謂驚喜之作魚肉有起膠唔在講尖椒真係好掂我其實對椒類嘅野冇咩好感但呢個完全冇個唔知係草青味定點同埋佢只薄薄一層啱啱襯托到魚肉嘅味道正5•咸水角外皮脆得黎入面都會有層煙un嘅口感好豐富加上料真係好足 cut開一半唔會一半有料一半得塊皮抵讚6•糯米雞其實呢樣好快就上左但冇即刻食都好都仍然好香唔會有焗住一陣味料都係好足舊雞都幾大舊6•馬拉糕好鬆軟同時有陣陣牛油味基本上呢度出品嘅已經比出面高質素所以都係個句好味7•酥皮叉燒包終於都到主角啦水準仍然係咁好酥皮又香又鬆脆不過略嫌細個左啲但唔緊
