To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實好多年前間店岩岩開果陣我幫襯過幾次，果時冇乜客人，套餐價錢平過依加一半。最近因為好想食片皮鴨，原本想去果間好臭串吾接受walk in客，所以我決定再去依間。排隊等左半個鐘頭終於有位，上菜速度好快。水晶鴨舌，冇軟骨架喎，外層舊啫喱係鴨湯黎架，幾好食。水晶鴨肝片皮鴨，純粹為新鮮感而叫，以前都冇依款菜式，可能我太耐冇幫襯。塊皮脆到咬落有聲，鴨肝外圍俾鴨湯啫喱包住，味道濃郁。鴨絲湯羹，依個湯由開業到依加仲有提供，基本上係幾好飲，鴨絲多湯底濃。茄子炒鴨件，其實係因為我想食茄子先叫，鴨肉比較實。最後埋單有75折優惠，當堂好抵！
