To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經有5年沒有來臨這家一星粵菜館了,心裏也著實有點兒期待,所以就和家人簡單點了幾道推介菜式。上莱前每人一小杯免費的羅漢果茶,微涼消暑潤喉。龍蝦雲吞,其實就是炸雲吞,但內裏換了龍蝦肉,新鮮炸起,味道還好。豆腐斑腩煲,味道香濃而不鹹,班腩肉質嫩滑出色,配菜的枝竹和冬菇也非常入味,好味道。上湯浸菠菜苗,菠菜苗非常嫩綠,好吃。黃酒花膠雞煲,花雕味出,花膠不算大但夠厚身,雞肉也算嫩,不錯。嘉麟樓炒飯,用得店舖名作為菜式名,就知道店舖對這道菜式非常之有信心,而事實上這個炒飯也真的非常出色,每粒飯炒得粒粒分明,還有些少微焦,份外香口。飯後甜點,桂花糕和馬仔,兩個都很好吃。環境服務烹調也保持水準,除了性價比差一點外,其他都非常滿意。
