To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過雲南酸辣湯米線。決定再食過雲桂香。同老婆嗌左兩碗，我嗌左楠肉蘿蔔小小辣小窩米線，楠肉7分瘦3分肥，幾滑幾爽口，炆得幾入味，微微辣，我次次都嗌佢，覺得楠肉係最抵食。蘿蔔都夠諗幾甜又冇揸，可惜只是白拾，扣少少分。而米線口感正常，配上芽菜肉碎 同埋少少辣既酸辣湯底，我都滿意。老婆就嗌牛展小辣小窩米線，牛展正常，但冇特別鹵過，爭d. 湯底辣多少少咁多，其餘既米線同之前冇乜大分別就唔多講了。最後加埋杯凍檸茶少甜，茶底麻麻，只是可以入口就算數。埋單 87蚊，平食合格啦。
