Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過翻尋味!7月幫襯過,家人朋友都大讚,怎料今次出事啦!鴨湯泡飯,湯只係微熱!向侍應生反映。侍應生群起解釋,出煙噃,無理由唔熱!你唔好理個瓦煲凍唔凍,煲湯出煙噃!我用雙手手心捧住整個瓦煲超過一分鐘,再一口吞下半碗湯,兩項實驗證明,煲湯唔夠滾呀!大佬!侍應都係闊佬懶理😤! 再到薄餅皮,一上手,全手沾滿水滴,餅皮濕爛!侍應無話可說!勉強換另一籠俾我。輪到主角「片皮鴨」,完全唔香! 早兩個月,6:00已經有人排隊入座,今日7:00仍有吉枱!相信廚房班底已變!貼錢都唔想食的一餐。
