To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期去食晚餐,叫咗個肉醬意粉,點知嚟到真係從未見過肉醬係咁多水,好似肉醬湯咁,第一次見,叫侍應換過另外一個餸,鮮蜆白酒天使麵,點知嚟到又係水,肉醬意粉又係咁天使麵又係咁,從來未食過濕達達嘅天使麵,個侍應仲搞笑同我講話使唔使幫我整乾啲,正常都唔會出水啦,真係笑死,我問佢係咪以前個師傅走咗,點解食物越嚟越難食,質素越嚟越差,佢求其答啲嘢敷衍我。其實一開張水平係可以的,但係耐左已經好難食,相信街坊一定認同,我發現香港好多餐廳都係一開張就好食之後慢慢開始冇幾耐就開始質素下降,呢度真係冇咩好食,真係慘!
