到富豪酒家吃飯已經好幾次了,我喜歡他們的水準穩定,尤其是炸子雞和阿翁鮑魚,每次都不會令我失望。先來砂鍋紅燒包翅,魚翅的份量不多有點鹹,但味道不錯。再來主菜30頭阿翁鮑魚,真正糖心鮑魚,黐刀味道十足,白灼生菜配以鮑汁,真是一大享受。跟住上的是油泡斑球,班球非常新鮮可口,配以西蘭花煮得剛剛好不會太硬或太腍。蒜蓉海斑頭腩味道濃郁,將燒肉冬菇和蒜頭的味道完全融入,百吃不厭。接着是當紅炸子雞這是我吃過最好吃的炸子雞,皮脆肉嫩雞味濃郁,雞不會太油膩,相信他們已把一部份肥膏先行切走。鮮蝦荷葉飯非常乾身荷葉味道滲透非常美味。最後來一刻椰汁燕窩,燕窩份量非常之多,每一羹都充滿燕窩味,可以選擇椰汁或杏汁,但我個人覺得椰汁比較香一點。飯後甜點亦不會令人失望,吃完之後十分之飽亦非常滿足,會繼續再來。!
