To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近年越開越多冰室主打常餐,不過質素好參差,華星係我覺得最穩定既一間所以都仲成日要排隊,今日因為一個人食既關係,唔洗等就入得常餐$45 叉燒通粉,火腿煎蛋同牛油多士叉燒唔只兩塊架,都有四至五片,今日食既肥瘦均勻!意粉唔會過腍,仲好有咬口不過意粉再多啲就好喇,因為本人係意粉愛好者今日啲多士就麻麻,上檯係熱同脆既,不過牛油真係好小火腿都係正正常常無特別,炒蛋好滑生熟度岩岩好唔會過多蛋漿!除左常餐,華星都越黎越多野食,仲有蕃茄湯底,燴意粉等熱食!
