Restaurant: The Trafalgar Brewing Company

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

向來對酒吧西餐廳印象一般，總覺得食物質素參差。晚上為求就腳方便，選址在旺角依利大廈的Trafalgar用膳。二人set dinner $290，包括兩份餐湯/沙律、主菜、甜品及餐飲。可能太肚餓關係，覺得這沙律份外好吃，一來到便狼吞虎嚥，蔬菜新鮮，煙三文魚配上芥末醬很不錯。我的主菜是香煎三文魚排配牛油檸檬醬，三文魚煎得外脆內嫩滑，保留肉汁不過火，lemon butter sauce 帶點清新不會膩。伴以香脆焗薯及少量時蔬，整體不錯。朋友的炭燒紐西蘭肉眼扒。甜品是一片chocolate pound cake，口感乾實，令人失望。不過整體環境氣氛及服務還是不錯的，高於我的期望👍🏻
