To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與友人在元氣裝修後第一次光顧，環境舒適了，多了卡位，而且單邊位取消了高櫈，枱下加了可以放袋的位置，比之前更好。我們大約6:30pm吃晚餐，這段時間沒有太多人，不用等位便可以入座。急不及待便點餐！值得一讚是可以用手機scan QR code便可以落單，方便快捷👍🏻落單後很快便由高速線送到面前，非常快。第一次食煙三文魚壽司覺得好惹味，另外牛肉烏冬也好正，三文魚頭湯味道鮮甜濃郁，蟹棒口感十分好，加上有芝士在面超級好味。下次一定會再光顧！提提你 : 晚上大約六至七時入座便不用等位，可直接入座。我們在吃到中途的時候見到出面有好多人開始排隊等位。
