上次爸爸生日去咗鋸扒,今次爺爺生日當然要食下中餐啦!滿貫廳平日下午除咗點心外仲有唔少特色小菜同中式飯麵~蘿蔔絲酥餅外層鬆脆,蘿蔔絲清甜;蛋撻酥皮層層鬆化,蛋漿滑溜充滿蛋香,係餐廳嘅熱賣之選亦係我最鍾意嘅;菠蘿雞尾包焗得好靚又多餡-全部都熱辣辣好好食呢!蒜泥白肉擺盤幾精緻,唔好俾佢紅卜卜嘅辣油嚇親,食落好惹味但其實唔太辣。火焰叉燒皇個名夠晒霸氣,上菜時侍應會淋上酒再點火,有畫面又有香味。叉燒用到梅頭肉,食落好腍肥瘦均勻,有少許燶邊,仲有而家好少見嘅蜜汁蠔油豆伴碟。烤鴨有二食,片皮鴨係即場片既,水準唔錯,配上薄薄嘅餅皮同經典嘅青瓜絲京葱同烤鴨醬,食得好滋味。第二食嘅鴨崧生菜包亦都炒得幾香口,配搭新鮮爽口嘅生菜食落冇咁膩。酒樓嘅揚州炒飯真係特別出色-炒飯粒粒分別唔油膩,用上大大隻嘅蝦同足料嘅叉燒粒,味道好豐富。餐廳送嘅壽桃包係傳統嘅蓮蓉餡,細細個冇咸蛋黃,餡料唔會好甜。
