昨晚同女友提議不如試下呢間中華小廚,因為成日經過,終於入去試到啦!我地叫左兩味餸-叉燒拼貴妃雞同豉汁蒸鱔,首先講講個燒味雙拼,呢味忘記左影相所以冇圖可參考,賣相普通因為淋左太多燒臘汁上去,貴妃雞不錯,口感滑溜又有雞味,但叉燒就相對麻麻地,有啲燒過左隆,肉質太老,唔知係一時失手定一向係咁,至於個豉汁蒸鱔就更加唔推介食,因為第一唔夠熱,第二鱔肉唔新鮮,仲要有少少腥味,豉汁亦唔夠香口,呢個真係扣晒分,同埋佢平均價錢都要$80左右一個小菜,如果以咁既質素黎計,市面上好多茶餐廳既小菜套餐都抵食又好食過佢,所以呢間翻食指數係極之低,不喜勿插,純粹個人意見!
