To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我今個禮拜第三次食三哥，之前都係食水煮湯鴨血米線，今次見到個set幾抵，滑牛雞肉豆卜米線加埋嘢飲先$48，我就另外加咗鴨血同一個小食。水煮湯鴨血滑牛雞肉豆卜米線。水煮湯好香，鴨血雖然唔係好入味，但係夠滑。滑牛比起普通牛肉更加出色，同個湯底又好夾。我希望水煮湯可以加入去普通menu，而唔係淨係期間限定，因為真係好好味。至於涼拌皮蛋，就比較普通，味道冇咩特別，食落去都係正常水平。雖然皮蛋唔算驚喜，但整體來講，都係好開心嘅一餐。
