晚上和爸爸來到元朗YOHO莆田吃晚餐,讓他品嚐米芝蓮美食。先來每人一碗莆田扁肉湯,扁肉小巧,外皮煙韌,似魚皮餃。湯頭加入紫菜煮滾,鹹鮮香味足,還帶點微酸醋味,味道多層次。冰浸苦瓜:師傳刀功很好, 苦瓜切得好薄,還擺到成朵花的形狀。沾些附上蜜糖就不怕苦,爽脆口感似青蘋果,清涼開胃﹗興化炒米粉:米粉幼滑,配料豐富,有爽口鮮生既蝦、蜆肉、蔬菜絲等,滋味非常﹗閩香洋燒排:醬汁入味,甜酸帶些微鹹味, 肉質好淋,入口即融,不用費勁去咬。 泉水現煮活鰻魚:鰻魚利用清水煮方式,只放薑絲、枸杞、鹽,煮10分鐘左右,可以吃出鰻魚本身鮮甜味。上桌時更可以根據自己喜好加入適量米酒, 去腥之餘,亦可以增加鰻魚湯鮮甜味。鰻魚份量算多,爽滑彈牙,忍不住一舊接一舊放入口,夠晒滋補﹗
