To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說今日突然好想食辣， 就諗起譚仔三哥最近出咗個水煮鴨血米線， 就一於落街買個外賣加返屋企食！ 雖然呢碗嘢等咗成半粒鐘， 但係買到返去食落第一口，就覺得等咁耐係值得嘅！ 講返呢碗麵， 價錢 $39加飲品同埋小食就$14 ， 價錢都還可以。 麵嘅份量算多，特別要讚一讚個豆卜， 好入味。 佢嘅鴨血都好好食， 如果唔鍾意食鴨血嘅朋友都可以試一試， 因為佢唔腥， 整得好好。 我今次叫咗五小辣 ， 對我嚟講都唔算好辣， 但如果唔食得辣嘅朋友仔就唔係好建議你叫呢個餐。 雖然我係叫外賣， 但係攞到返去仲係熱辣辣！講一講小食今次我就叫咗麻辣手拍青瓜， 我略嫌佢嘅辣油多咗少少， 但整體嚟講都係好食嘅！ 希望大家鍾意我嘅分享😆😆
