To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇Openrice 介紹水街“周記點心“好多like, 咪去試下，今天星期日，一行三人，去到下午1點幾，已有十數人在等位，大約等了20分鐘，就有位。餐廳環境ok, 地方不大，所以座位不 寬敞，整潔度ok。點了招牌芝麻蝦多士，奶黄流心西多士，香脆不油膩，蝦膠和奶黃流心份量都幾不少，蝦膠鮮甜爽口，好美味。 奶黃流心配咸蛋黃，不太甜又帶咸蛋香，味道不錯， 奶黄流心分量不少，都幾膩， 最好幾個人share，可以試多款點心。 蝦餃， 京川燒茄子， xo醬炒蘿蔔糕 都不錯，但鵪鶉蛋燒賣就一般。埋單$170，價錢相宜，茶餐廳模式， 人流不絕，所以食完就要走。下次再去，會選非繁忙時間，可以慢慢歎
