To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 圖一相片圈住為白灼菜心,因朋友下午要上課埋單前同服務員姐姐講要多一碟灼菜心拎走嘅之後就埋單,姐姐仲好好服務咁去落單,到碌咭時我哋都無為意睇價錢對單,分單亦以為酒樓方便計數。返到屋企先發現同一樣嘢(圖二)換個名竟然收費貴一倍🤬🤬問咗朋友碟菜分量味道都一樣,除多咗個外賣紙袋裝住,而當時落單職員及埋單職員全程都無講過提過碟菜有咩唔同,收費唔同等等字眼⋯搞到自己都覺得自己好大浸水魚除🫣因為第一次幫襯又係過海添,雖然心有條刺但都唔想去煩咁多,放出嚟希望大家以後食飯要對單,拒絕❌被做水魚最後想講幾好味都無心情喇,更會同朋友散播以後不會再幫襯👎🏻👎🏻
