To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自己試過就明點解咁多個食評都係有負面評語。叫咗雞絲河粉，啲河粉碎到要用匙羹先食到。食物未至於唔入得口，但份量少，價錢唔係平，賣相差到相都唔想影。最不知所謂係個收銀嘅態度差到一個點！叫餐號話唔知係咩，咁叫食物名，都可以覆三次都錯。搞左勁耐，我話我自己外賣落單算，外賣自取仲平過佢，佢就突然出單話出左，無得改。係咁用不友善嘅態度恐嚇我，話出左就出左。當刻我錢都未比，就係到威嚇我，後來有個疑似經理高級啲人行黎話唔緊要，唔好咁，個收銀先停左指嚇我。雖然佢話取消無問題好小事，但最後我都照比左錢唔想煩到人。其實唔改得大可以正常講返，態度咭洗咁差，亦無必要咁無禮貌係咁鬧人。啲咀臉差到唔知以為同佢有仇咁，勁黑人憎！雖然個經理好禮貌有心處理番，但以後唔會再幫襯！如果大家想比人鬧可以去見識下
