To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年開到尖沙咀了,十分方便我們這些九龍人。店舖跟銅鑼灣分店差不多大,座位不多,但感覺銅鑼灣分店比較光猛及開揚,座位都闊落一點。下午2點多,餐廳門口仍然有人龍,要先排隊下單,後找位。幸好,大家食完都會快快離座,所以都不用等位。大碗麵是我們必點的,$65 有十個餸(豬腸,魚旦,雞翼,蘿白,豬皮,豬,紅,雞翼尖,紅腸,菜及魷魚),餐廳的主打通通有齊,不用煩,份量足。最鍾意餐廳的陳皮魚旦及雞翼,夠淋夠入味,另外要讚他們的豬腸做得十分乾淨。另外一碗就要九菜餃,支竹球及牛肚配粗麵,支竹球比較特別,牛肚再淋身一點會更好。車仔麵的湯底比較清甜,原來是他們加入藥材一齊熬製的。永年除了有車仔麵提供,還有多士餐,班蘭咖央多都是很出名的。今次更點了永年出名的樽仔奶茶,雖然加$17,有點貴,但味道真的不錯,甜度剛好,茶味濃,奶夠滑。
