To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午到銅鑼灣開會, 落雨濕濕又到午飯時間立即衝入去永年食番碗車仔麵! 這裏長期都有很多客人, 好彩畀我搵到個位! 點了兩碗五餸車仔麵,油麵,豬皮,雞翼,韭菜餃,蟹丸,牛筋 & 粗麵,豬腸,豬紅,魚蛋,流心蛋,冬菇。 飲品有奶茶紅豆冰和抹茶紅豆冰。我食粗麵加豬腸,豬紅,魚蛋,流心蛋,冬菇, 豬腸豬紅好入味, 魚蛋細細粒但係好彈牙, 冬菇大大粒好煙韌。另外一碗油麵加豬皮,雞翼,韭菜餃,蟹丸,牛筋, 豬皮和牛筋又淋又入味, 雞翼有兩隻, 韭菜餃和蟹遠都唔錯。還有兩杯飲品抹茶紅豆冰和奶茶紅豆冰, 如果喜歡抹茶的人可以試下抹茶紅豆冰, 但我就比較喜歡奶茶紅豆冰,個人感覺覺得奶茶和紅豆的味道比較夾。

加豬腸,豬紅,魚蛋,流心蛋,冬菇, 豬腸豬紅好入味, 魚蛋細細粒但係好彈牙, 冬菇大大粒好煙韌。

另外一碗油麵
加豬皮,雞翼,韭菜餃,蟹丸,牛筋, 豬皮和牛筋又淋又入味, 雞翼有兩隻, 韭菜餃和蟹遠都唔錯。

還有兩杯飲品抹茶紅豆冰和奶茶紅豆冰, 如果喜歡抹茶的人可以試下抹茶紅豆冰, 但我就比較喜歡奶茶紅豆冰,個人感覺覺得奶茶和紅豆的味道比較夾。
