To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩個星期前來食過﹐話以後都唔會再來﹐言由在耳﹐上星期一個人兜落上環﹐本想求其搵間餐廳吃個午飯﹐但結果間間餐廳﹐包括金華和港式茶餐廳﹐都人頭擁擁﹐行過來發覺有位﹐便坐底繼續食我的切雞米粉加凍奶茶。我可以話﹐燒臘一次差過一次﹐雞肉好“骸”﹐份量又少﹐所以見到叫的人不多﹐多數人叫蒸魚飯、雙丸麵等等﹐凍飲就非常大杯﹐一定飲唔晒。坐的地方非常迫夾﹐檯係超細碼﹐裝修後光猛左﹐但座位同食物都差左好多。
