To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食到一肚氣，被職員驅趕以前由元朗一直支持永年到而家，可能因為多左遊客關係，加上轉了QR code 落單，職員只招呼遊客，因為要用上coupon 關係，等了很久才有職員幫忙，然後找了位置坐的時候，因為有3位客人進入，職員就驅趕了我坐其他位置，就是因為熱才想坐冷氣較好的位置，想不到最後一肚氣，連食個麵都無晒心機。味道係好味既，好歹一直都由元朗開店支持到現在，但因為現在遊客多，職員也只會招呼遊客，生意為上，如果想舒舒服服食個車仔麵，絕對不建議再去永年。
