To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日經開呢頭，好耐都冇食呢間，由細食都大都咁好味既品牌，決定回味一番。貴左唔少，由當年三十零蚊升到五十幾六十。由雞扒同豬扒變到而家咁多選擇。最後決定回味下由細到大未有其他餐廳比佢更好食既白咖哩豬扒飯。呢間分店上菜比較慢，但員工明明走來走去好勤力，真奇怪。講番食物先，冇得輸！淨係賣相已經好親切。香料滿怖，洋蔥香茅蒜片蔥花，香氣四溢。洋蔥較生，味更濃，個人能接受。蒜片脆又香。主角豬扒，大大塊三片，香脆，賣相佳。爽滑彈牙冇得輸，香茅入味，掛上咖哩汁，齒夾留香。靈魂係個汁，香料多，復雜而融和，味道極佳。而且較杰身，掛汁好正，掛上豬扒一流，撈飯亦一流，冇得輸！唯一要考慮就係貴左d，午餐來講63.8唔包野飲⋯⋯⋯係加左一架！水同餐具都自己動手，埋單又自己去埋，咁加乜春野一呢？總結：食物好好好好食，價錢唔係唔平，而係未必令我比錢果時條氣順。
