To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實喺荔枝角都返工了幾年時間,這間叻沙·海南雞飯店都幫襯了很多次了,基本上是我其中一間飯堂,可以說,沒有一次是不用等位的。 今次我們叫了海南雞叻沙$84 ,叻沙麵基本上是店舖的招牌菜,湯底十分濃厚,椰汁味也很足夠,今次配的海南雞也很嫩滑,沒有骨,方便懶人不用吐骨的人進食,最重要是有三款醬汁夠正宗,這個配搭不會輸的。不過上次叫了麻辣無骨海南雞叻沙,他們只配一款麻辣醬,而沒有三款醬汁就不推介了。 另外我們叫了麻辣手撕雞湯河$52 和海鮮炒粿面條配湯$76,是好味的,但不能跟喇沙比較了(喇沙死忠派。。。哈哈) 最後,大家不用加$18叫恐龍美祿,先不要說桔仔特飲是免費的,就算大家是免費也是桔仔特飲比較好飲,所以不用嘥錢
