很久沒有去澳門了,既然係咁就在沙田試澳門菜……亞蘇爾。除咗葡撻之外,都唔知什麼是澳門菜。最後叫了烤焗盲曹魚、葡式烤乳豬、葡汁焗青口、葡腸豬肉伴蛋、辣肉腸炒雜菜、辣肉腸黑松露多士。簡單嚟講, 有個葡字應該就係葡國菜啦。乳豬皮脆、肉腍,配薯條及三種不同醬汁,同傳統中式乳豬感覺好不同,起碼見吾到乳豬頭。盲曹因為有蜆、洋葱、檸檬一齊煮,所以帶点甜酸及鮮味,幾特別。青口面鋪滿芝士,可惜食嘅時候,就冇拉芝士的效果,味道一般。仲有個豬肉粒伴蛋配白飯, 簡單嚟講,同中式免治牛肉一樣。至於炒雜菜,蔬菜翠綠,同一般炒雜菜差不多。反而多士幾脆口,带辣的肉腸加濃味黑松露,幾野味。葡菜点可以吾食葡撻就走呢,有原味及朱古力味,我叫了原味,葡撻皮脆,好味,加多个木慷布甸, 雖然係店員推介, 但感覺反而一般。埋單平均每位百幾蚊,晚餐嚟講算經濟實惠唔錯
