To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

得一飲食網站的錯愛,有幸出席「招牌‧海鮮極級自助晚​餐」的試食飯局,在此感謝有關網站及富豪香港酒店的邀請。酒店得體的大堂,樓底高,夠開揚,餐廳內都不覺得嘈雜,空間感又十足,環境很好,是三五知己聚餐、暢談的好選擇。今期以海鮮做主打,冷盤可算多選擇,有阿拉斯加蟹腳、花蟹、青口、藍貝、蝦、小龍蝦、 瀨尿蝦、 還有翡翠螺;以阿拉斯加蟹腳同凍蝦比較突出,阿拉斯加蟹腳鮮甜,有淡淡的海水味,質素不錯;凍蝦亦是爽甜,肉質彈牙。龍蝦蟹子釀芒果 (前) 及 鮮蝦配熱情果沙沙醬 (後) 放在玻璃杯內,外觀已經非常吸引。龍蝦蟹子釀芒果很新鮮,龍蝦味道很鮮甜,配以爽口的蟹子,加上甜甜的芒果,有清新的感覺,值得推介;另外鮮蝦配熱情果沙沙醬就有點失色了,鮮蝦味不夠突出,沙沙醬的味道亦太濃,可減少醬的份量。頭盤水準尚可,煙三文魚很美味,燻牛肉肉質嫩滑,但黑胡椒味重,好辣人士可試試,里昂那腸仔都不錯,沙律款式多,有現成的沙律,亦有自己選料的,材料新鮮,醬汁選擇亦6款之多,非常適合喜歡mix & match 的朋友們。另外,壽司刺身方面今次只食了三文魚刺身及八爪魚刺身,三文魚刺魚水準一般, 八爪魚刺身建議切薄一點。湯有2

湯有2款,西湯是龍蝦湯,中湯則是鱆魚蓮藕煲唐排,最後選了龍蝦湯,湯的質感蠻滑的

熱盤方面選擇亦多,最意外的是香煎鵝肝伴以香脆多士,廚師即煮理,很有誠意,鵝肝香氣逼人,多士亦香脆好味,配上黑醋汁令鵝肝和多士更融和

煙肉焗生蠔與焗帶子是場內搶手貨,剛滿滿的,準備好相機影相之後差不多沒有了。帶子肉質非常嫩滑,美味,可一再encore的

熱盤還有很多,例如威靈頓牛扒、愛爾蘭燉什燴、炸魚伴薯條、酥皮三文魚等,但可惜我要留肚食甜品,沒有辦法試那麼多.

甜品方面,酒店方面安排即席表現火焰雪山,淋上冧酒後點火,現場睇火光藍藍的好美,切開後,海綿蛋糕包著雲喱拿雪糕,蛋糕好鬆軟,一啖食到表面蛋白的焦糖,有點脆脆的,軟軟的蛋糕加冰凍的雪糕,是一道很有心思及誠意的甜品

即製梳乎厘有好多口味,有香蕉味、薑味、檸檬味,可惜我不太好梳乎厘,有興趣的不妨去試試。非常搶手的馬卡龍、有超多口味,包括朱古力、開心果、腰果、紅桑子、榛子、綠茶…等等,但馬卡龍太甜膩,只食一粒就停手了。

朱古力火鍋當然要食啦,有雪糕燸米糍、棉花糖、同小泡芙,雪糕燸米糍沾上朱古力後好快變成外脆內軟的朱古力雪米滋,食了幾粒,好滿足
!

是日雪糕有dreyer’s 4款味道,包括雲喱拿、士多啤梨、杏仁和朱古力味,當然4款都試勻啦,加埋隔離的杏仁片、士多啤梨味朱古力片、小小的朱古力醬,超鐘意這個任食雪糕的時候。

甜品和生果與同枱新認識的食家一起分享,試了芒果布甸、芒果拿破崙、桂花糕、班尼士、蜜瓜奶凍、栗子蛋糕杯、綠茶紅豆蛋糕、可惜香蕉朱古力卷試不到。甜品還有很多,但水準有待改善。當然還有一盤生果,西瓜、哈蜜瓜、蜜瓜等,基本的都有齊。

整體來說,食物質素有進步空間,但與朋友聚聚是不錯的地方,還有信用咭折扣, 比起其他酒店的自助餐算是便宜吧。
