To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雞肉勁鞋、煮到勁燶,汁有指定份量,俾多少少都唔得,汁都慳?三個飯盒啲雞都係咁。每次幫襯都失望,但lunch都係求其食當一餐。越食越退步。相反香港仔嗰間好食啲,有乜理由你整啲雞全部都係黑色燶晒,咁樣叫人哋點食啊?浪費食材。
