To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近疫情都仲係好嚴重，所以都係買外賣返屋企食穩陣啲。最鍾意佢有唔同嘅Combination 比我配搭。今次叫左A+B+C 組合1️⃣A1)芝麻八爪魚+B4)汁燒三文魚冷烏冬+C4)玉子燒八爪魚夠爽，烏冬雖然浸喺湯入面，但拎到返屋企都依然彈牙，完全冇變漿。經火炙後嘅三文魚带啲焦香，加埋玉子粒、青瓜粒、蟹子，口感豐富，至於醬汁唔會好鹹，味道啱啱好。玉子燒厚實且蛋味濃，亦唔會過甜。另外仲叫左個差唔多嘅2️⃣A1)芝麻八爪魚+B8)汁燒三文魚飯+C2)汁燒三文魚卷三文魚卷嘅魚肉厚身，食落啖啖肉，唔會淨係好似食緊成舊飯嘅感覺。

八爪魚夠爽，烏冬雖然浸喺湯入面，但拎到返屋企都依然彈牙，完全冇變漿。經火炙後嘅三文魚带啲焦香，加埋玉子粒、青瓜粒、蟹子，口感豐富，至於醬汁唔會好鹹，味道啱啱好。玉子燒厚實且蛋味濃，亦唔會過甜。

另外仲叫左個差唔多嘅
2️⃣A1)芝麻八爪魚+B8)汁燒三文魚飯+C2)汁燒三文魚卷

三文魚卷嘅魚肉厚身，食落啖啖肉，唔會淨係好似食緊成舊飯嘅感覺。
