Restaurant: MoMo Restaurant (Mei Hei House)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗外賣等左成個鐘都未有，問餐廳主管（陳xx先生），望都唔望一眼、問都唔問我叫咗乜嘢食物，就同我講：「你見唔到有咪即係未有囉，去出面等啦」之後我反而問一個普通嘅侍應生，佢先即刻幫我跟進，原來成張單漏咗啊～之後仲要再等多一個鐘先有得攞，我要求退錢又唔俾我退，之後我想反映意見又完全搵唔到任何渠道⋯可想而知呢間餐廳連鎖店應該係經常俾人投訴亦都預咗會有人投訴，所以就唔會提供客戶服務呢樣嘢，因為完全冇服務可言！
