To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚過咗尖沙咀iSqaure吃飯，上到6樓先決定去食上海婆婆。在門外等咗一陣（啱啱有檯賣單）就入去。一張位於角落嘅二人木檯，檯會舖上一位位用嘅紙墊，不過可能環境較昏暗，檯面還有點油膩和食物殘渣，所以同staff講叫佢地幫忙抹抹檯，轉個頭有位staff來抹檯，但只係好求其咁拎開我面前果張紙抹下檯邊就匆匆轉身走咗，而沒有全張檯去抹⋯轉過頭問：「請問有冇濕紙巾？」，另一位staff 回應「無！」語氣好倔擂槌，可否比少少禮貌呢？我明可能人手不足，但服務態度可否好一點點？唉⋯講番食物吧！一次過點咗涼菜熱食，最快嚟到嘅係清炒時蔬嚟完個炒菜唔夠半分鐘一次過嚟咗三樣食物：小籠包、涼拌茄子和松子雞米叉子336上湯小籠包一籠有4隻涼伴茄子 - 涼伴醬調味很不錯！松子雞米叉子叉子明顯係烘得未夠火喉，食落就更夠唔得，有點軟身又唔香口一次過嚟三樣又凍又熱嘅食物，攪到都食唔切要讚一下小籠包和點心籠墊紙之間，每顆小籠包也有一片極薄的青蘿蔔片墊著不到兩分鐘大籠包同冰鎮醉雞一齊出場⋯這就是一籠一件的大籠包（還附上一支飲管）冰鎮黃油醉雞被碎冰堆疊，夠冰凍，可惜酒味被沖淡晒攤左一陣先敢將飲館插入大龍包內，以免燙襯；飲罷湯
