To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚幾個朋友相約沙田食飯,見到北京樓做緊匯豐信用卡優惠,又見套餐入邊有北京填鴨,於是就決定一試😆套餐好抵,有湯有餸先$808,連埋加一同茶位,埋單都係$955,平均每人都係$240左右1.火朣螺頭燉雞料好足,有螺頭,花膠,瑤柱,火朣,雞胸肉,啖湯好清甜2.三里橋醉雞係雞脾肉同雞翼部分,不過一睇已經覺得隻雞好肥🙈夾起直頭見到大大舊肥糕🤭醉雞嘅味道係唔錯嘅,只可惜雞肉太肥同埋有啲鞋3.麻醬茄子粉皮賣相唔吸引,一pat嘢咁,都幾肉酸🙈粉皮係爽口嘅,但茄子配埋麻醬既感覺就好奇怪,呢味前菜我地幾個都唔太好4.蒜香明蝦球蝦球好爽口彈牙,配埋翠玉瓜一齊去炒,成碟菜好清新,又唔會太咸😋5.紅燒黃花魚黃花魚先經油炸過,在落芡汁配料一齊去燜煮。唔算好入味,魚肉都唔算太鞋,不過不失6.烤北京填鴨(一隻)呢度既鴨相對細隻,係出邊既3分2左右。但質素尚算唔錯😋皮脆肉嫩,而且塊餅皮十分薄身,但又好煙靭,配埋醬汁配料一齊食,一啲都唔油膩7.罐湯小籠包皮薄多汁,一咬落去,啲汁滲晒出黎,十分鮮甜😋跟住再點少少醋食埋個肉饀,正👍
