自從喜帖街重建成現喜匯後,附近一帶的食肆也出現變化,由原來的中式餐飲或茶餐廳,變成多元化的組合,甚至是中西fusion, 例如Bread and Brest。從門面看,這店似是西式三文字店,但做法卻滲入了中式做法,例如將炸雞加紫薑配三文治,又或者自製漿汁配厚切豬扒,口感特別!其招牌菜是牛腩配法包,也是一絕!除了三文治外,薯條也是其特色。薯條加上特製漿汁及雞蛋 (有點似溫泉蛋),將三者混在一起吃,薯條的味道,再已上酸甜味,味美得來又飽肚!餐飲方面,今次點了iced tea配蜂蜜,清新可口,值得一試!p.s. 是次午飯期間,又聽到鄰桌在談股票投資,不知是好是壞了
