To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今午食得過於豐盛,還是要節制下晚餐免得肥肉橫生。一如營養師所言,多食湯粉麵有助減磅。今晚一於試試江仔記。見店長推介江仔記六寳,($34)我點嚟試試,另加通菜一碟。所謂六寳:有魚片,魚扎,魚皮餃,豬肉丸,墨丸同魚丸。湯底是豬骨煲成,但味道未見突出, 只是普通湯底。而魚片同肉丸等都彈牙,味道比較突出的是魚皮餃同墨丸。魚皮餃皮薄,饀料鮮味。墨丸彈牙,有口感,有足夠墨魚味。腐乳通菜($15)通菜幾嫩,唔會好油,腐乳醬鹹鹹地,令人幾開胃。以小店而言,這魚旦粉質數算中上,味道未及翠華,但比連鎖快餐店好。
