半年後,終於同大家再次聚首一堂。有人係呢度既熟客,就由佢安排,寫好菜單,留左間房,齊齊享受一餐江南菜。餸來張口最好,唔使傷腦筋。先來的鹽水蝦,味道咸鮮,肉質緊緻,幾清爽,正好用嚟打開胃口。之後就是酸辣湯,豆腐絲、菇絲、木耳絲、筍,甚至蝦肉等等,配料夠多,辣勁對我來說係恰好既,係有胡椒既香,酸度就有點不足,如果可以酸番些少,就perfect池喇~再來的生爆蝴蝶片,其實係將黃鱔起雙飛,以油爆方式去烹煮。勝在外微脆,內細嫩,口感唔錯,同埋無腥味。我一向中意食片皮鴨,呢度就再多一個打卡位,係火焰片皮鴨。加左玫瑰露造出火焰效果,除左俾大家機會大家影相拍片外,吃起來就更香。或者太耐無食呢味,呢個軟熟嬤嬤皮包裹著皮香肉嫩的鴨,配埋鴨醬同青瓜條,真係要幾吞幾件先捨得收手。春花向熏美人魚,其實係蔥油蟶子仔。小蟶子隻隻鮮嫩肥美,簡單以蔥油去僻腥,仲可以食到得個鮮香味,很喜歡,係全晚最出色的一味。點都要有個菜 (或者瓜啦!),瑤柱冬瓜球,夠腍夠入味,有瑤柱既香。師傅仲加入左豆卜,吸晒所有精華,肯定好食。甜品前,當然會有小籠包。皮薄而湯汁豐盈,豬肉餡細滑,本是幾好的。但總覺得有點點麻油既味道,要配些醋來吃,才

以為甜品係豆沙鍋餅,或者酒釀丸子之類,原來卻是圓肉百合蓮子,有驚喜。味道唔會太甜,圓肉好正,蓮子鬆化,仲有百合既鮮甜,呢碗糖水,我喝得一滴不剩。
