自已本身都鐘意杭州菜,不過第一次食咁高級既杭州菜地點係銅鑼灣新寧道,跟過已經見到好多車泊係下面,個個都有司機車出車入,入到去真係另一番景象,餐廳好靚好多特別擺設很有高級酒店的感覺見到隔離枱食一條好大條既魚八卦一問之下,原來佢地有30公斤既千湖野生特大鱅魚我無聽錯,30公斤,大過張飯枱,$1780 但夠10個人食,除返其實唔貴不過一定要多人食今日得2個人,唯有下次湊夠數試下先點2個點心,黃橋燒餅,呢個係杭州特式點心入面係韭菜齊菜,味道比較濃皮就幾鬆化杭州蔥包燴,皮好脆,裏面主要係蔥小小似蔥油餅味道但就比較香脆蟹肉粉絲煲好多蟹肉,好大粒,十分新鮮粉絲每一條都滲满蟹油,又滑又濃味道十分有層次,一D都唔簡單
