現今川菜的方向,依然繼承前人之匠心,尤其紅遍大江南北;來到嶺南一帶(包括香江在內)之後,漸漸由甚為講究的三大流派(上河,下河,內河),演變成精緻的官家派(大多為私房菜形式),以及常人接觸得多而較粗獷的江湖派;由於疫情原因,已很久沒北上吃川菜,而這晚與好友相約到尖沙咀的麻辣派對來個晚餐,就是因其風格有足夠的江湖風味,濃郁厚重!刻下,傍晚的尖沙咀恢愎人流,從尖沙咀地鐵站出來,步程大概六至七分鐘左右就到達麻辣派對;相約一齊晚餐的好友也接踵而至;因之前已訂位,在地下入口處掃出行碼量體溫後就搭電梯直上一樓;以紫色及黑色為底色的裝潢,配上色彩繽紛的彩燈及花球,以及醒目的大油畫,光影交錯,每次踏足都覺得甚為美觀又耐看!甫一坐低,侍應生先遞上整枝漂亮的檸檬薄荷水;隨後經理又遞來了兩大杯適合夏天飲用的凍蜜語水果茶;餐牌琳琅滿目,無論是此店招牌水煮或乾鍋的食物一應俱備,各式其色;其後留意到餐牌上有一套餐,由燉湯到小食到主菜連甜品,一應俱全,而且價錢相宜,與好友都一致贊成點這個套餐;先來個以小燉盅盛載的熱辣辣的燉湯;內裡材料豐富,尤其有黏口膠質又爽滑的花膠,淮山杞子雞腳的底味襯托起來,此湯入口醇厚滋潤,回味
