To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向幫襯開北角的金祥,可惜結業了,來到西環便一試這間分店,重溫舊夢。誰不知地方污糟到好似"張"住咁,都算!一心諗住黎食呢個好味排骨,但對比北角店,相距甚遠,炸完直接放湯麵,外面的炸粉淋曬,好難食,排骨無味。再加上無招呼,一間細到一眼睇曬的舖,得果幾個食客,舉極手都無人應,一個行去收銀唔知做乜,一個去同師傳打牙交,開口話要嗌野都慢4拍。走時企係收銀櫃枱,個侍應去到門口見到有客,即係入返去抹我張枱俾人坐,仲要等落單,完全唔理我,另一枱客都等埋單,咁細間舖都要等幾分鐘,怪不得平日午飯時間都坐唔爆啦!
