To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真係離譜!牛油雞翼有頭髮一齊炸😒上枱後通知店員更換。另一條再上枱,有兩條更長嘅頭髮,都係痴住雞翼外層,啫係一定係一齊炸😡🤬其他食物都極之普通。菠蘿海鮮炒飯,連個菠蘿🍍都見唔到…叫個咖喱豬頸肉,問職員青咖喱豬頸肉轉黃咖喱得唔得,因為有小朋友一齊唔食到辣,點知店員話咖喱一早整好的改唔到。一杯完全冇芒果味嘅芒果冰。這間餐廳好多兩公婆帶住小朋友一齊食,大家真係要小心留意食物衛生,這間餐廳一定無下次!
