To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴日約左人睇show,經過呢間魚米,諗諗下原來好多年都無食過啦,一於入黎試一試~~呢到有提供煎魚配飯類,但既然黎到就當然試試鮮魚湯米線啦!米線可以自選配料,抑或揀佢預先定好既米線都得,今次我就揀左肉燕餃蛋皮餃湯米線,另外仲加左$7要一杯銀菊露,潤一潤下~~等左唔夠5分鐘已經上菜!!先講講湯底,魚湯奶白湯,好好好鮮甜;而米線相對粗身,口感非常彈牙~配料方面,我就比較欣賞蛋皮餃,裡面既餡多汁且有肉味~~

等左唔夠5分鐘已經上菜!!先講講湯底,魚湯奶白湯,好好好鮮甜;而米線相對粗身,口感非常彈牙~配料方面,我就比較欣賞蛋皮餃,裡面既餡多汁且有肉味~~
