估唔到啲拉麵湯底好好味,麵質都十分唔錯。叫咗佢哋兩個招牌,一個沾麵一個湯麵。餐:雞白湯拉麵+慢熟豚肉叉燒+蜂蜜綠茶樽裝濃濃嘅雞白湯味道,有少少蛋味白湯?我唔知係蛋定忌廉味,好香。食落會感覺飽肚啲。佢鎖住個汁喺個麵條嗰度,啖啖都幾香。估唔到薄片切慢熟豚肉叉燒,口感好滑同埋柔軟,慢煮令到佢嘅肉呢保持新鮮,幾欣賞佢呢種做法。餐:特濃豬骨沾麵+火炙叉燒半熟蛋椰菜佢個豬骨湯底用少少豬脂肪豬油烹調,變咗呢真係好濃郁好香,好邪惡啊。我叫沾麵,改淋啲,變咗就容易咬啲,然後配起上嚟啲湯真係好香。叉燒肉都好多,半肥瘦,有少少烤肉嘅味道。半熟蛋都好新鮮,蛋黃整得晶瑩剔透。最正係佢可以加椰菜,一個碗咁多,咁就唔使驚冇菜食,而且佢煮椰菜都整得好軟身啱啱好,但係保持青綠色。我哋都覺得個廚師煮得好有心機。煎餃子皮薄,餡都好多,啱啱個底又煎得脆口。麵條質地可以選擇標準,較柔軟或者較硬配餐飲可以有不同嘅冷泡茶,香港製造,好特別,有特色茶包喺膠樽入面,而且標明無添加無糖等等標籤,有信心保證我就叫咗白桃烏龍冷泡茶,淡淡嘅白桃烏龍味,清幽,幾好飲。
